How do I personalise my sign?

Simply enter your chosen wording in the notes section box before checkout. Please double-check spelling and we will forward you a draft for approval prior to being made.  If anything needs changing (wording will not fit on the size sign requested) we will work through the design with you.  

Can I request custom wording?

Yes — all of our signs can be customised with your own wording to perfectly suit your wedding day.  You can message us through our Contact Page.

Can I request a custom sign in a different size to what is on your website?

Yes — we would love to work with you to create something special that will perfectly suit your wedding day.  You can message us through our Contact Page with size, font choice, wording, colour etc. 

Where are your signs made and what materials are your signs made from?

Our signs are made on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and  carefully crafted using high-quality outdoor signboard and outdoor sign vinyl, designed to be lightweight, durable and waterproof.

What size are the signs?

Sizes vary depending on the design. Full measurements can be found in each product description.

How long does it take to make my order?

As each item is handmade and personalised, please allow the stated processing time before dispatch. During busy wedding seasons, turnaround times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.

When should I order for my wedding?

We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid stress and ensure enough time for production and delivery.

Do you send design previews?

Yes for custom orders, design previews will be provided for approval before production begins.

Can I match my wedding theme or colours?

Absolutely. We love creating bespoke pieces to match your wedding style, colours, and aesthetic.

Do you ship internationally?

We provide a flat rate for shipping Australia wide and free delivery on orders over $100 which is calculated during checkout. You will always know the shipping costs before you purchase.  We only ship to Australia.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Can I return personalised items?

Due to the custom nature of personalised signs, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.
